1st Line Support Engineer
An overview of what to expect within the role:
• Business Admin support
• Co-ordinate delivery of services
• IT support, speaking to customers and helping to resolve basic faults
• Managing and responding to support ticket requests
• User creation & administration
• Creating & maintaining documentation
• Managing the porting process for the transfer of services between carriers
• Dealing with requests for adds, moves and changes
• Order and supporting broadband services
• Growing your technical and product knowledge so you can take on more responsibility

Salary & Application:
Salary will be between £22,000 – £25,000+ per annum depending on experience and relevancy to the brief in addition to the above benefit.
