Advertisement Manager/ Ad Manager – Global Brands / Media Solutions

Our client is one of the UK’s most established and well known Advertising, Marketing and Creative Content Solutions Providers with an international presence. Based out of Bristol, our client is looking to hire an experienced Media Advertising Manager or Senior Sales Executive looking for a step up into management.

Overview

We Require a strong sales leader, one who will lead from the front across some of our most prestigious membership titles and relish the challenge and opportunity of capitalising on our strong market positions. We’re looking for a candidate with experience in conceptualising, selling in and delivering integrated cross media solutions.

The candidate will have proven ability to devise and deliver creative and innovative digital first partnerships, generating substantial revenue for clients. A proven track record of delivering new business revenue is essential as it is anticipated 70% of revenue will come from new business.

This is a high-profile role, the successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of working in a role that requires strategic vision, combined with creativity and flexibility. An eye for being able to identify key growth opportunities and execute these, combined with team building skills are also crucial in succeeding in this role. You will also require coaching experience to mentor and coach less experienced team members.

Role Requirements

Working with the Senior Advertising Manager, devise and implement a cohesive advertising strategy to ensure maximum commercial revenue across the portfolio

Significantly grow multi-channel partnership advertising revenue, including identifying new products, clients and commercial opportunities to support the overall advertising strategy

Advise and set revenue budgets alongside the Senior Advertising Manager and Head of Commercial and Partnerships

Develop and implement annual business plans for each client, presenting these to the client and ensuring client buy-in and approval

Analyse and identify sector and market trends, new products and commercial revenue streams to add value to the portfolio

Develop revenues within non-endemic client and agency led sectors – this will be an important part of the overall strategic growth plan

Salary

Our client will offer a competitive salary dependent on experience up to £32,000 including a huge array of benefits, bonuses and commission.
