Business Development Manager – E-Learning & Digital Software Solutions

John Ross Associates are currently working for an established non-profit Workforce Training, E-Learning and Digital Software Solutions provider who are seeking a Senior BDM to drive revenue, implement strategy and represent our client across the UK, selling heavily into the Public Sectors, specifically the NHS, Healthcare and Private Healthcare verticals in addition to Justice, Legal and Local Gov. 

Candidates with Public Sector Sales Experience relating to E-learning Software, Digital Workforce Training / Process Improvement Solutions will be highly advantageous, especially within the NHS and Healthcare and Private Healthcare Sector

Prerequisites:

·Must be accustomed to national travel.

·Must have a full UK Drivers’ Licence and Transport.

·Must have Sales Experience into the Public Sector verticals such as NHS, Private Healthcare and Healthcare, Justice and Local Gov.

·Minimum 5 years of Public Sector Sales Experience 

·Must have at least 2-3 years of Software/Digital or Related Sales and/or Solution Sales Consultancy Experience.

You will be a driven, strategic and relationship led sales professional capable of implementing, planning and executing a sales strategy, improving and managing an existing client base and working closely with the marketing teams whilst reporting to the board of directors.

Job Responsibilities:

·Deliver agreed annual sales and revenue targets interms of new business, in-year revenue and client retention;

·Identify, develop and secure a pipeline of opportunities for to work with health, justice and local government employers,

·Develop strong proposals, bids and tenders,

·Represent and promote our client and its brands;

·Build relationships with and influence decision makers within the sectors covered

The post holder must have strong and demonstrable experience of operating in a business sales environment and of developing professional relationships with purchasing decision-makers. The post holder must exhibit excellent communication skills and an ability to obtain a comprehensive understanding of client issues and needs, translating those into business opportunities.

Salary & Package:

The company are offering a generous basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum, 25 days leave with an annual increase up to 28 days, 6% pension, laptop, phone, mileage 45p pm, overnight accommodation and public transport pre-paid, entertainment and expenses plus year 1 OTE circa £17,500
