Customer Service Advisor / Client Support

Our client is the UK’s leading provider of Digital Software services to the NHS, Local Government and a wide range of Commercial organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Customer Services Adviser to join a growing and profitable business.

Candidates will need to be commutable to the Taunton area within 30-45 minutes and ideally have their own Transport / Full UK Licence.

Hours – Mon-Fri – 8:30am to 17:30 with 1 hour break

Hybrid Working – 3 days office based, 2 days home based

Customer Service Advisor 

Role Overview

Reporting to the Customer Services and Sales Support Manager you will be a key member of the Customer Service Team responsible for the retention and support of our client’s key customers through pro-active client & customer services, account management, development and issue resolution.

You will have responsibility for a portfolio of customers and be required to build strong working relationships, working collaboratively with internal teams Managers and your Customer Service colleagues.

Customer Service Advisors are a prime and pivotal point of contact, liaising constantly with customers and internal teams to deliver an exemplary customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-active account management and ownership of all customers in portfolio
  • Pro-active growth and retention of customer portfolio
  • Pro-actively identifying & developing opportunities to provide customers with additional services
  • Taking ownership for professional and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Being a prime and professional point of contact for commercial customers
  • Working collaboratively with external sales team focused on growth and retention of customers
  • Liaising and collaborating with technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolving customer issues

Salary & Application

An excellent starting salary of £26,000 per annum with performance-based increases throughout your employment, full training, pension, 28 days holiday rising to 33 days, private healthcare and further benefits after probation.
