IT Recruitment Consultant – Excellent Career – Niche Sector

Our well established recruitment client in the center of Bristol is looking to hire junior and senior consultants from IT or Digital verticals You will have a chance to work with its FTSE top 100 company portfolio within the IT and Digital recruitment sector.

Role

You will be focused on executive search and senior appointments within the IT and Digital sectors and will have clear structures to grow out their own team of both junior account managers and dedicated resourcers over time.

Our clients terms are on average 17%+ and salaries range from £35,000 – £75,000 offering generous margins and commission bonuses. These will be the back bone of the growth of the team with plans to move into new offices expanding the team next year.

Key responsibilities will be developing client accounts and winning new business in a Niche sector to ensure maximum delivery with line managers and HR and have full visibility of roles in our target markets. The account mangers will be resourcing for all positions from their accounts, meeting clients quarterly and working on innovative candidate attraction methods.

Candidate must be based in or imminently moving to Bristol (long commutes will not be considered).

Our clients systems allow for evening work from home not just in the office.

Ideal Previous Experience

* IT / Digital Recruitment Sales Experience

* Worked in a Sales role (b:b / b:c)

* Retail (Opportunity for Upselling / Sales)

Must Have

* Driving Licence or Commitment to pass in year 1

* Educated to Degree level

Commission & Benefits

15% of £0 – 14,900 GP 20% of next £9900 GP 25% of balance

Salary & Benefits

There is a great deal of training and development on offer on this role and top candidates can expect year 1 OTE of a realistic £50,000 with year 2 OTE expected to be £70k+ The basic salary is £20,000 – £35,000 depending on experience but the majority of the earnings potential is from bonus and commission payments (unlike with other traditional account management roles).
