Overview

John Ross Associates Limited are assisting with the recruitment of driven, personable and career focussed junior candidates to join a 20+ strong team in South Bristol. Our client specialises in the Construction Recruitment Sector and has been privately owned for over 20 years and due to recent success, is looking to take on 2x junior recruiters to be part of their growth.

No previous experience in recruitment required, sales experience is desirable.

Full training provided from day one – our client will ensure you have every chance of success whilst learning quickly and efficiently.

Trainees start by building relations with new clients through telesales, email and face to face meetings with a vision to win opportunities to fulfil roles for clients with a fee. The role includes administration, resourcing candidates, fulfilling roles but predominately this position will break you in gently from admin, candidates sourcing, sales and business development until you are ready to become a 360 consultant.
