National Sales Director / Head of Sales – E-Learning Software & Training Solutions

John Ross Associates are currently working for an established non-profit Workforce Training and E-learning Software and Digital Solutions provider who are seeking an experienced Sales Director / Head of Sales to drive revenue, implement strategy and manage an existing sales force across the UK selling heavily into the Public Sectors, based out of Bristol.

Salary – up to £82,000

Candidates with Public Sector Sales Experience relating to E-learning Software, Digital Workforce Training / Process Improvement Solutions will be highly advantageous.

Prerequisites:

·Must be based within commutable distance to Bristol and be accustomed to national travel.

·Must have a full UK drivers’ licence and Transport

·Must have Sales Experience into the Public Sector verticals such as Education, Healthcare, Blue Lights, Local Government, Legal and Council.

·Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience

·Must have at least 2-3 years of Software Sales and/or Solution Sales Consultancy Experience.

You will be a driven, strategic and experienced sales management professional capable of implementing, planning and executing a sales strategy, improving and managing a sales force and working closely with the marketing teams whilst reporting to the board of directors.

·Selling and working within the public sectors

·Software and digital solutions selling

·Working closely with the marketing teams

·Plan and execute a sales strategy

·Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

·Consultative selling ability

·Oversee day to day sales and marketing performance

·Effective budget management

·Happy to travel across the UK

·Reporting and working with the board

·Organisational development and structure

Salary & Package:

The company are offering a generous basic salary of up to £82,000 per annum, 25 days leave with an annual increase up to 28 days, 6% pension, laptop, phone, mileage 45p pm, overnight accommodation and public transport pre-paid, entertainment and expenses.
