Project Coordinator / Project Support Manager

John Ross Associates are working in collaboration with an innovative, growing, bespoke software solutions organisation who are currently seeking a Project Coordinator /  Support Manager to be based out of the Taunton or Bristol area 3 days a week, 2 days home-based.

  • This is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday with a starting salary of £26,000 + pension, benefits, full training, paid Prince2 courses, progression and personal development.

  • You will be a driven, motivated and resilient Project Manager/Coordinator/Support Advisor capable of managing multiple projects, have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, have a passion for problem solving and delivering a top class service tailored to each client.
  • Hybrid Working – Mon/Fri Home Based – Tue/Wed/Thur Office Based

You will be responsible for manging and finalising projects from start to finish.

Project Coordinator / Project Support Manager

Responsibilities:

·Reporting to the Project Support Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a number of ‘new’ and ‘existing’ customer projects across both public and commercial sectors.

·Dealing with a project from the first stage of an order being placed, to the completed stage where a customer can use the product on a daily basis.

·Providing a direct resource for customers with new requirements, constantly liaising with the customer and other internal teams to ensure an efficient and effective project implementation.

·Accurately reporting project progress and deadlines

·Coordinating customer orders to a swift and efficient conclusion

·Liaising with the customers IT personnel

·Working alongside internal department to coordinate software configuration

·Excellent attention to detail

·Able to build effective customer relationships

·Excellent written and communication skills

·Prior experience working with valued customers in an office based setting

·A depth of experience with MS Office applications
