·We are looking for 2x Internal Key Sales Account Managers

·Salary £22,500 to £30,000 PA depending on experience.

·Bonus Scheme & Performance Incentives

·Hours are 8-5 Mon-Fri with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

·Ideally full Drivers Licence and Transport

·Commutable to Cardiff or Plymouth

You will will act as first point of contact for our client’s customer base, delivering the ultimate in customer service, develop robust relationships with key accounts and enhance sales and profitability within the branch

·You will not be cold-calling – this is a sales and relationship management and customer service position working with existing and new clients and customers.

• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• At least 1-2 years of internal sales or account management experience
• Confident on the phone and face to face with customers
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to deliver good quality customer service
• Passionate, enthusiastic and organised
• Experience in sales-driven environments
• IT literate
• Knowledge of construction products desirable
• Willing to learn and adapt our clients way
• Self-starter but also a team player
