Overview
The role will require you to help shape technology including mobile applications, software platforms and automated solutions. You will support the design, development and delivery of the product road map working with IT, sales, operations and senior management within an Agile/Scrum environment.
The Product Manager role can be broken down into key areas; market Knowledge, stakeholder management, product delivery and product review. Regarding market knowledge you will undertake competitor analysis, develop the product strategy and build up an in-depth understanding of the unique technology offering. You will conduct monthly briefings with the senior management team on market info and future product developments ensuring everyone is fully aligned. For Product delivery, you will engage effectively with sales and marketing teams to maximise the return on product developments.

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs and product strategy.
Capturing requirements from stakeholders within the group
Making functional API design recommendations, contribute to API design discussions
Translating front end feature requirements into technical requirements / user stories
Creating user stories and use cases including detailed wireframing
Ensuring functional specifications match business goals
Ensuring the core domain services priorities are aligned with business priorities
Maintain technical documentation, ensure release cycles are maintained

Demonstrable experience gathering business requirements and turning them into detailed functional design specifications preferably in an Agile Development setting

Proven ability to work with cross functional teams to drive the implementation of new features
Familiarity with web-based product development including tiered architecture, data organization, and performance optimization
Experience building and designing APIs
Ability to take product roadmap requirements to strong, clear wireframed solutions for implementation
