Our Client is a Specialist, Niche Privately Owned and Well-Established Recruitment Agency in Bristol with an Excellent Reputation in the London Markets.
Due to our clients continued success, we are currently recruiting for an In-House Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist with Experience of Recruiting for their own Employer and Representing a Company Brand and Image whist Driving their Hiring Process on a Full-Time basis.
Working with the leadership team across 3 brands your role will be to attract, assess and secure high-calibre trainee recruitment consultants to become subject matter experts in a number of niche markets via multiple mediums and practises.
The business is currently at 20 and the offices in central Bristol will allow the group to expand to 40 consultants over the next 2-5 years.
Ideal Candidate
An internal recruiter for a recruitment business or have experience in building teams
Keen to have a senior position within the business at management level
Personable, Approachable, Well-Presented – able to be the face of the company
Confidence to manage business stakeholders all with their own needs
Wants responsibility and ownership within their career
Understanding of various sourcing and community building methods
You know the best candidates are unlikely to all be sat on job boards!
Role Overview
Increase brand awareness in our target market using a range of both on and offline methods.
Develop knowledge of competitors hiring techniques and understanding how the attraction methods and offers differ
Acting as a figurehead for the brand and divisions ensuring that all candidates have the best possible experience of the business whether they are hired or not.
Working with the directors to correctly position; commission, training and on-boarding schemes to ensure the best probability to securing the talent we need.
Attending networking events, job fairs, open days, universities, graduation events
The role is a senior a position but if you are currently a junior internal recruiter or recruitment co-ordinator looking for a step up or a currently a team leader as a 360 looking to go internal get in touch.

Salary & Application
The guideline salary will be £35,000 – £45,000 (Flex) + 10-15k OTE year 1 – Dependant on Experience – Laptop, Phone, Expenses, Financial Incentives, Trips away, Days Out, Pension, Holiday and Progression within the role all apply.
